Birding

The Button Birding area hosts some of the most sought after bird species in Southern Africa, due in large part to the extensive array of habitats. Specials such as Cape Parrot and Blue Swallow are amongst the list of rare and endangered species, whilst the nomadic Black-rumped Buttonquail appear in the summer.
